Homeowners Association - Plantation Point Property Owners Association (PPPOA) is a voluntary association and has a yearly fee of $50.00. The association is very active and offers quarterly newsletters keeping the residents informed about matters of interest. Special Events throughout the year include: April Spring Clean, Neighborhood 4th of July Parade, and Christmas Open House.
